Cancellation policy

Before dispatch

You can cancel any order free of charge before it leaves our warehouse. Email support@a1buycycles.co.uk or call +44 1752 369369 (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (UK time)). We will refund your payment in full within 14 days, usually much sooner.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped, you can still cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of delivery — and we extend this to 30 days. Please see our returns policy for how to send items back.
