What's covered

E-bike frames typically carry a 2–5 year manufacturer warranty, and motors, batteries and displays are usually covered for 2 years. Accessories are covered for 12 months unless stated otherwise. The exact cover is listed on each product page.

What's not covered

Normal wear parts (tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes), damage from crashes, misuse, incorrect charging, water submersion, or unauthorised modifications such as speed tuning.

Batteries naturally lose some capacity over time; a gradual reduction in range is not a fault.

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a short video. Email support@a1buycycles.co.uk or call +44 1752 369369 (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (UK time)). We will diagnose the fault and arrange repair, replacement parts or a replacement product.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
