Delivery locations

We deliver orders directly to customers' addresses across eligible delivery locations in the United Kingdom.

UK mainland delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take longer or incur an additional charge. We will confirm any applicable surcharge with you before dispatch.

Order processing and cut-off time

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT, London time), Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed according to our handling schedule. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Actual processing times may vary depending on product availability and the type of shipment.

Estimated delivery times

Our estimated delivery time is generally 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, handling time and carrier transit time.

Accessories usually arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch. E-bikes usually arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch, using a tracked pallet or large-parcel delivery service.

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods, adverse weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

How your e-bike arrives

E-bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled in protective packaging. You will typically need to fit the handlebar, front wheel, pedals and saddle. The necessary tools and a step-by-step assembly guide are included where applicable.

Please follow the assembly instructions carefully and fully charge the battery before your first ride.

Check your parcel upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, notify the courier where possible and email us photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

Lithium batteries

Lithium-ion batteries are shipped using carriers approved to transport them in accordance with applicable transport requirements, including UN 38.3 where relevant.

Due to carrier restrictions and transport regulations, battery shipments may not be available to certain remote or overseas destinations. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether delivery is available to your address.

Delivery delays and public holidays

Delivery estimates are calculated based on the order cut-off time, order processing time and carrier transit time. Orders affected by weekends or public holidays may take longer to arrive.
