Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. If we spot a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you before going ahead. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order.

E-bike use

Our e-bikes are sold as electrically assisted pedal cycles (EAPCs) for use in Great Britain: motor power up to 250W, with assistance cutting out at 15.5mph. Riders must be 14 or older. Modifying a bike to exceed these limits makes it a motor vehicle and voids its warranty.

E-bikes are delivered partly assembled. Please follow the setup guide, check brakes, tyre pressures and bolts before your first ride, or ask a qualified mechanic to do this for you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
